Be a part of the SOLES community.

SOLES doesn’t run without the incredible support of our community. We are often asked how to get involved, and to that we say, so many ways! We offer mentorship programs, events, community dinners, workshop opportunities and more.

Sign up to be a mentor.

For SOLES alumni and other aspiring leaders, we have a mentorship opportunity that allows you to explore what it’s like to help participants on their journey through our program. Our mentors act as assistant leaders on our summer backpacking as well as monthly workshops and trips. If this sounds like something you’re interested in, please apply using the form below!

Lead a workshop.

Each month, we partner with members of our community to help build the skills of our participants and further our core mission of community engagement and activism. We do everything from ceramic workshops, to book clubs to volunteering at local farms. If you have a passion you’d like to share with our participants, please let us know!

Join our Malala dinner series.

SOLES new Malala dinner series brings together participants, parents, and supporters alike to share a meal and intentional conversation about some of SOLES’ core missions. The goal of these dinners is raise money and community-support for SOLES, and most importantly, to listen to, learn from, and share experiences with people from all walks of life in our community.
